i doubt it was an importer as Country of Origin is China, also Desc read FOC- means not for resale. I think moto is beta testing this for the Indian market. However they had a factory in Chennai- now the destination of this consignment is Bangalore.o_O

That's what Motorola india told me via chat - no single Sim version for india! Guess they have lot of demand for single Sim in the us and EU countries. This is a real stinker!
