I agree its a TN panel but as the Op suggested the primary use being gaming and movies .. it has a low response time .. and comparatively the colors on the IPS are more crisp .. had the OP suggested the use as photography or editing or animation i would have advised him to go for an IPS ...TN...

Anything close to 90 cfm in the back would be great ... Just make sure the airflow isnt restricted ...( HDD bays @.5 inch bays .. or the lot in the front usually affect Intake air ...) .. I wouldn't totally agree with 6pack ... Intake fans I'll admit by the logic would end up causing the air...

My only suggestion would be .. if your running it as a server you may want to go with a mobo with Good VRM cooling ...although gigabyte offers that in other variants of its 970 series boards .. this one however isnt suitable ... Why not tru an asus or an Asrock Mobo ... they do offer better...
