Welcome to Techenclave. We are committed to delivering your merchandise promptly and securely. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and timelines. This policy applies only to physical merchandise and not to digital membership access.

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India only. At present, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

3. Shipping Costs and Payment

  • Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.
  • Free Shipping: Orders with a subtotal of ₹2,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping within India.
  • Payment: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery to remote locations may take longer. Techenclave is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any issues with your tracking number, please contact our support team at support@techenclave.com.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Techenclave is not liable for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us, we can re-ship it at the customer’s expense.

  • Undelivered Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbours, family members, or building security. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at support@techenclave.com within 3 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take great care in packaging our products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@techenclave.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Your email must include your order number and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification.

7. Changes to This Policy

Techenclave reserves the right to modify this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
