No, if its imported by Acro or whoever is the current importer. They take further on the rma part and mostly issue replacements on the spot so you dont have to wait for a month for the replacements to arrive from Taiwan.

i have experience with acro rma service for my razer mouse, no problem from my side. everything went smoothly other than the fact i had to bear the delivery charges for sending the product
