This is my 10Mbps connection with beam.
I must warn you. An internet connection is not all about speed. Unless you are staying in an area where Beam has no interruption issues and engineers are good, then you're good, else you're in for a nightmare starting with the fact that even after all these years, they haven't bothered to make their customer service 24x7. After 11:30pm till 7:30am, you're on your own.

The "Beam" experience isnt turning out to be any good for me. After 10 days of wait, they go ahead and put connection into my neighbours house, who had requested the connection 2 days earlier. I have to salute them for their way of doing things. Excuse they gave me is: Jaldi mein daal diya, wahan se connection nikal kar aapke ghar mein daal denge.

Seems like you have less connections at your End (ONT). Even i used to Get 15Mbps on 10Mbps plan but it did not last for months as they installed more 2 connections in our Apts

In our flat, there are 3 people, and all 3 have a separate 10mbps connection. Work perfectly all the time. There were 3 instances on which the network was down, apart from that, no problems at all.

I am planning to Ask for a New ONT for my Apartment. Actually Due to Restrictions in our Apts the Guys Installed Two ONT's in the beside Apt. Lets Hope for the Best.
