Has anyone ordered the mobile phone battery through aliexpress? I'm not sure if custom will allow the battery, I think battery import is not allowed. Does anyone has experience with ordering mobile battery through aliexpress?

It's very much allowed had bought batteries from ebay.com and aliexpress.

Earlier I used to track aliexpress packets through ptcmysore tracking page once it entered India. Now this link is not working.
Is there any method for tracking these packets, after these land in India?

17 Track is of no use to track in India. Four of my orders are yet to reach me after 2 months of placing them. AliExpress is great when it works but that doesn't happen all the time. Tried contacting the local post office but to no avail. Don't know what to do now.
I can ask for a refund but the amount is small thus I just want the item.

I wonder if the post office guys are stealing my stuff.
 
Lot of packages were held up before Dewali. Speculation is that it was due to security reasons.

I had 5 packages sitting in customs for nearly 3weeks. But all of them moved out from customs few days after Dewali.

How can I determine if my packages are held up with customs?
 
Ordered a Syma Drone from Ali Express.. . hope it gets to me in time for the new year

Edit : Got the batteries. . but the drone got stuck in customs due to import restriction. :(

i bought a battery from aliexpress, it was a slow delivery but it came.
 
i ordered a Dremel from aliexpress,the replica not the off brand ones,

going perfect 10/10,its based off an very old model but works and looks just like original,for 1000 rs cant complain at all,

better deal for a newbie then buying a 3k dremwl,for 3k this plus a hoard of bits

Ordered a drone without doing prior research and now it is stuck in customs for WPC approval and NOC which i will never be able to get. Even though the drone operates in permitted frequency range, one has to obtain WPC NOC. My last attempt is finding someone (agent) who can get it released through some back channel.

Else it is all for waste as i do not know if aliexpress will refund the amount without me returning the drone. :(
