They are ripping off on Amazon.Ordering from AE almost every minor accessory used to be available but now its not to possible to order anymore i try to place order it says cannot ship due to local delivery issues.

You can try Bangood or gearbest. I ordered something from Bangood a month back and it just got delivered. Variety of products is not there in Bangood and prices are a bit hiked but it still a lot cheaper than Amazon.

Well Banggood was an OK alternative but Aliexpress had almost everything.Banggood is for ppl who doesnt know Aliexpress existed.EBay.com doesnt have much of a varity these days.

They do not accept Indian credit or debit cards. I don't know if I can make payments now with Paypal.
btw, in the past the shipping and customer service of this site was very good.

Ok, confirmed I did make a payment using PP to FT a HK based site.
Now lets see if/when it reaches me. I ordered a tiny item, my experience has been that with non-registered post tiny items get thru - guess the item looks 'not worth stealing' .

I think you cannot make purchases at the moment and it's been like that for a while now. The point where you have to make payment it fails and thus you are unable to complete the transaction and purchase.
