I received a package with water/moisture heat indicators, pretty cool except it's summer haha

These are not water/moisture sticker.
These are tamper evident pink dots.
Try to remove the sticker in whole piece by heating it by hair dryer. The adhesive will come off but those pink dots will permanently stain pink.

Way cool!

But the amount of heat needed for them to turn pink discolours the thermal label:

Not all amazon shipping labels are placed near these (especially large boxes).
For a dishonest delivery perosn, this much heat can easily remove the amazon brown paper tape intact, steal contents and repack the same brown tape as if nothing happened and deliver to customers.
Flipkart OBD gives a much transparency and you would have not accepted wrong model motherboard. Just the flipkart's xyz fees scheme sucks..

Feels/seems like amazon improved their customer care, how easy they are to reach and ease of return. Today, received one wrong item and also one missing item. They sent me a replacement for them without any questions. Previously, they usually make me go through returning the wrong item first, shipping it to the origin and then only after approving the return, they refund me. Today it was seemless.
 
amazon customer service is one of kind they are more favourable to customer if the reasons are legit
i was successful in returning and getting refund for even not refundable items
i maximum use only amazon coz of their customer support
 
They have a record of how much purchases you have made from them ( that is how much business you have given to them) and how many times have you returned.

If they see it is quite good in records books . They try to serve you well and resolve your issue fast and even accept returns fast and if not...then they give baba ji ka ghanta to you.

Hmm.. at least for me refunds have always been immediate after pickup (unless its a perishable in which case its instant) and for replacements they deliver the new and pickup the old at the same time.
But as others have stated, they do track the accounts who are in good standing.
 
Yes, for Amazon the account history means a lot. I recently complained about a food item which was non-returnable. As i was in office I was unable to upload the photo of the product. The refund was issued immediately, I was told to upload a photo in the evening. In all my return cases I get my refund as soon as the the product is picked up by them.
They flag an account with too much return history.
