The tail of the Blimp can be rotated to reveal two different signs on the side of the Blimp! (I haven't tried it though as I have kept it in it's blister pack, unopened).

The two messages this Hot Swami Blimp shows are these:

Message 1:
From The Skies Up High,
And the Powers I Possess,
To Your Question,
I Bid You A 'Yes'!

Message 2:
In The Air As I Fly,
All Is Seen With My Mystic Eye.
While Dark Clouds For You Blow,
The Answer Is 'No'!
