In today's world right/wrong is not same as, and cannot be replaced with legal/illegal. Shining example is India where parliament mp's don't want something which is 'right' to turn into a law. Or recent example of #idiotKapilSibal giving a hint what laws in future would be like for us.
Or just google for SOPA which is going to kill internet in 2012.
