Update: A lot of people asked me to tell them the serial number of the phone. Upon some search, I found that the serial no. is printed on the SIM card tray. Here it is: 869428313NP
Hello,
Genuine Apple iPhone 3GS 16GB Black available for purchase. Selling it on behalf of my cousin.

My cousin brought it for his younger brother from abroad, but he doesn't want a hi-end phone. Me neither have any use of it as I have company provided phone, so it's up for grabs.

Pics. I posted here are of the actual iPhone offered here. Any abberrations that you may see in the pics is just due to my inability to take good quality pictures, there's nothing wrong with the iPhone

It's almost in New condition. Original wall charger and USB cable are included with it. These accessories are unused. iPhone is laminated on the back. Screen it spot free too.

iPhone is locked, so it's up to the buyer to unlock it. I don't know how to do it but a friend told me it's fairly easy to do so following the instructions available on the web.

Though, I'd prefer that the buyer comes and picks it up personally, I can ship within India as long as the buyer's shipping location provides hasslefree shipping options (e.g., I heard that shipping to West Bengal is not easy due to some government regulations). Shipping costs to be born by the buyer.

It is "3GS" not "3G". My cousin bought it a week before visiting India. It doesn't look used though

You're so right. I bought a camera off TE but this is my first post to sell anything. I'm a genuine person and am not trying to rip someone off. If I have to do frauds, I'd do it for some amount that'd make a fortune for me, not for a mere 28K :-)

Anyhow, I'm preferring that the prospective buyer comes to pick it up in person, so that should thwart off any risks the buyers may see here. Even for outstationed buyers, I'd prefer if their friends or relatives could buy it in person from me.

OP, serial number would be appreciated so that I/we can get to know if this can be unlocked/jailbreaked or also teethered or normal jailbreak !

@Jasku, No, my cousin didn't give me the box. I'll check with him though tonite. How can I know the firmware version ? If you could tell me the procedure, I can check that

@coolraghav, Sorry, I cannot see the serial number written on the phone. Where does Apple write it for me to check ?

lol i am sorry i dont know myself, pls try googling or someone in here may be kind enough to enlighten' i will only be able to respond on the 7th after this, unless i can access net at my destination, pls see my pm, and i will try and respond if possible.

3gs 16gb white is for 32k

28k for lil used is also nice

serial number should be written on the back of the box ! PM me if you don't want to disclose it publicly.
