A Random Thought Running In My Mind(And maybe some other TE members)

Both Of Them Are Acting Like Kids At This Point

Neither One Is Willing To actually move forward after all this time.

Just going back to the past and stating reasons for the threads while they themselves have done their dealing on Whatsapp.

As for the middle man , the mods also are not sitting idle to sort things out between grown men as if this is a courtroom

And as the seller is so adamant in his STUPID requests , maybe he should just be banned so this doesnt happen again

Regarding The Invoice (Suppose It Doesnt Exist) , Its basically a Scam at this point .

As Theres no hope of a return from either side actually taking place and it will lead to opening another can of worms. Might I suggest that the thread be closed :)

Everything is kept as it is. Please ask the mod to share me his payment details, UPI ID or number via pm. Will transfer the funds tomorrow morning. As you are agreeing to ship the item back it's entirely your responsibility to get the product back in the exact same condition in which you got it. This is just a reminder.
The buyer took a calculated risk by shipping it and it worked out. The return is happening entirely due to YOU refusing to provide bill. Buyer still prefers to keep the mobo and get the bill. If you are forcing him by not providing the bill and to return the mobo, the shipping risk is entirely on you, not on the buyer - you chose this return by changing the terms after everything was done. If you want to dictate everything, you get 100% responsibility as well.

@ILLusionOwO I suggest you arrange a face-to-face exchange of all products with @bloomfield295. After everything that has transpired, I would be wary of trusting him not to damage the mobo before unboxing it. Arrange a meet at a public place, not his residence/work and return it in person. Each of you take a friend/relative with you so you two don't start fighting.

I see some very experienced buyers and sellers giving sound advice. Lets not drag this thread further unnecessarily. Mods have posted on the thread and have given the best way out. At this point reversing the deal is the best option intead of further bickering, speculations and more advice. Sorry if my post was irrelevant and can be deleted if mods feel so.

Just exchange 50% of the refund amount with each other.
And complete the rest after its delivered.
There's no escrow on TE.
As much I would like to listen to mods but I have been making too much compromises and I always have been going first wether buying or selling. all this trouble for invoice has really stressed me out alot He can do 100% payment and I'll definitely ship the motherboard.(he got my address) Since arranging face to face deal will take alot of time and I have exams incoming.

I'm sorry if i have been acting like kid.I have been suggesting so many things and alternatives, trying them for past 20 days to work out things between us. I even made a final post that I just got scammed and I'll take it as life lesson and move on. Only the problem with me or lets just say biggest red flag is- how a scammer is still demanding his unreasonable request and I'm being forced to accept em

I don't wanna drag this either I'll wait for full refund on motherboard if that doesn't happen I'll see my options and soon this thread will be closed
We(me and @bloomfield295 ) have agreed on final agreement on for both the issues of motherboard and cabinet. We both have apologized to each other and I have been paid by @bloomfield295 for the cabinet 1000rs(even though the cabinet was damaged in transit) which I think is commendable so thankyou for that. Regarding invoice we have made a deal if I ever need invoice the seller will do their best for rma or repair of the motherboard by taking it to service centre themselves. I apologise to everyone here for the inconvenience caused. Everything has been resolved please close the thread. And thankyou everyone for their support!!!

It was decided if in future if need any kind of service regarding motherboard (rma or repair) I'll ship motherboard to him rest everything would be handled by him and after it's done he will ship it to back to me.To verify invoice - i have requested seller to share invoice which doesn't include his gst number just few things as mentioned in the screenshot
