Money will be refunded within 4-5 days and that is not a problem as ebay will initiate the refund.
Problem in my case was I paid using Paytm wallet as there was some discount going on and I was refunded to my wallet only .

Bought through Best Buy for $30 from USA and delivered through one of my friend. Was able to update to Win 10 using windows insider app. For this price this phone would beat any Android phone at this price level. I should say the 8mp camera is good with the pics coming out without any color bleeding. I was surprised it also has a corning gorilla glass 3 protection. Overall a good phone to use as a backup.
