Bangalore : Did BSNL upgrade 256UL to 512+ ?

All my pings to starhub SG in TF2 are between 100 and 200. And it never lags for me @ 256kbps UL.
 
I am noticing this as well for the past couple of days. I searched around on forums to see if someone else experienced this but, just came across this thread today.

Am on 256 UL plan and I first noticed this when FlashGet gave me average speeds of 56 KB/s during download.

Just ran the Speedtest.net test which shows 762 kb/s download and 550 kb/s upload speeds. Pings are between 70 - 100 ms.

Hope they do that. I would be great. :D
