sure looks good ....and with the games like grid and dirt codemaster is sure to mix sim-arcade ( just the right ammount of both ) to give us a great F1 game ....sure shot buy for me ....but early next year
 
Really is great, just loved it.....gameplay is nice but a bit on the arcadish side.....still haven't come first yet...hope that changes soon
 
Whoa, all your comments are making me itch to get the game sooner. The last proper F1 game I played was f1 2002! It has been quite long............................
 
turn off driver assists and then call it arcadish :p (Some like break assist are ghey :p )

Its impossible to play with keyboard without traction control and auto gear. Made me dust off my Xbox controller after almost a year. I managed to play even Dirt 2 with keyboard which I honestly prefer to game controllers. But this is first game which I actually cant play without controller.

Fantastic game though. And guys, do setup of your car on your own. Stock setups can be tweaked a lot. I tend to prefer rear break balance which does not lock up the front wheels and you can actually turn in while applying brakes :p

Same goes with car ride height and other things. The game is detailed enough to make the real difference with change in these settings.

i was playing it yesterday, the engine seems like Dirt 2, but the graphics ain't that good as dirt 2, plus i kinda don't like F1, just got it for my brother who loves racing games :D
 
from the vids, im not so sure they managed to get their famous EGO engine to successfully handle the motion of F1 cars.. even in vids with all assists off.. the overriding sensation i get is that of a typical car/rally race movement simulations, a tad too much arcadish?

Nevertheless i cant wait to play the game for real !! Prashaant needs to ship out my order fast!!
