TT SB Led 92 mm gives 78.7 CFM at 4800rpm , 48.5 dB at 4800 rpm.

At what temp will my proccy be when oced to 2.7-2.8Ghz with XP90 and TT SB 92mm

Hardly anything... The max diff i see is 2-3 degrees under load for ocing. coolpc does ship to india.

Shipping to India at your doorstep is it.
and how much shipping charges.

@ Sunny - vantec Tornado 92mm gives 112CFM at 5600RPM, 56dB
Better, get a fan controller and the tornado

Where can i get fan controller & for how much.
I can use the tornado x 2 120mm at a bit low speed for front intake and rear exit
do we get tornado in India.
and whats cost of 92 & 120mm

Remember with intake fans ....

more speed = more DUST = higher temps inside case.

I use LOW speed Antec 120mm fans as intake and exhaust and still I have a lot of dust and every month I have to clean the insides of the case.

And if there are air filters in front of intake fan then the equation is...

air filter = very little air flow inside case = high CPU temp.

In fact the air flow became so low from the intake fan on my Antec P160 case that I removed the filter - this dropped the CPU temp by about 3C.

I have fine tuned the air flow inside my case by adding a third 120mm fan which is powered @ 7v - and this has helped keep my P4 2.4C CPU temp at 33C and Case at 35C and HDD's at 35C this is now during the current Summer period.

Thanks Easy
Keep all your wonderful suggestions flowing , helps me decide better.

So now what do i exactly have as my intake and exit fans.
recommendations for 120mm fans only.

Also let me know this.

I have finalised following things
- XP90 instaed of XP90C - as its cheap and cooling varies by 1-2 Degree only
- TT SmartBlue LED 92mm

My Cabby is a Antec 3700BQE getting without the PSU - model is 3000B or 3700B.
Mobo is ASUS A8N Sli Pre/Del.
Proccy is AMD 3500 Venice - desired to OC it to 2.7-2.8Ghz

I want to keep the CPU Full load temp to max 40 negotiating it to 45. ;)

Now suggest with respect to this info

You won't have a problem with temps. My full load temps on a C0 clawhammer (THE hottest A64) is just 39. So that'd be easy for a venice :)

You cannot say for sure. I have a Winnie and the max reaches 50. But again, this is with very high voltages like 1.6V.

All I am trying to say is that each chip is different. So, just because Chaos gets such low temps doesn't mean you will also get the same even if you live in the same place.

@Quad Master

My suggestion is not to use a high speed intake fan but if you do get one then think about powering it at 7v which will reduce the speed to reduce DUST problems. Remember that the DUST the fan pushes in will first hit the HDDs and these need to be kept clean and cool.

My case has the same design as the 3700BQE and you can be sure you will get a lot of DUST on the HDD like I do. Also remember the HDD will be in cradles and the bottom of the drives will be covered by the metal of the cradle.... I found that my HDD were getting very hot until I drilled large holes on the metal below the drives. Keep an eye on the HDD temps in the 3700BQE case.

I attached a third 120mm fan on the other side of the 3.5" drive cage pointing toward the display card and CPU and this helped reduce the temps of the HDD's CPU and Case. If you going to buy a 120mm fan then think of getting one more for this purpose.

Here is one point that you might find useful - the coolest drive bay in my P160 case - and I suppose this will be true for the 3700BQE too - is the top most 3.5" bay. I dont know why but the top most bay keeps my drives about 3 C cooler than the middle 2 bays. The second most cooler bay I found to be the bottom one. This may be because of the way the air flows inside the cage.

The P160 is available in India for 7950+taxes. LOL at current prices the wavemaster is cheaper :P.

Well P160 is good but i dont like the looks of it that much... i beleive the Performence series are much better looking... The CM is the best looking AFAIK but not that grat on cooling...

Its pretty okay as far as I'm concened. As I posted in another thread, the cooling is more or less adequate. I cant expect the cpu temps to be less than 31 in hot summer without water cooling can I?

That 41 is it the case temp

NOPE ...this Case comes with 2 thermal probes - I have one on the Northbridge chip and one in the Display Cards Heat Sink - this reading is from the Display Card. The reading alternates between the 2 probes every second. This case is a pleasure to work in - lots of room to move hands around... the insides of the 3700BQE should be roomy like this case.

Checked out some fans for Intake and Exit @ Sidewinder
Also checked Crazy PC , they have high rates as compared to Sidewinder

My eyes liked this ;)

Thinking of getting the above mentioned Panflo 120mm and will
use it as rear exit and stock antec 120mm provided with 3700BQE
at intake , how is this idea good or worthless

Also forgot to ask , Where can i get Blue Specially , Red , Green LED's in Mumbai.
and each for how much

CCFL inverters are a real pain the @$$ :S

mine got busted, literally with a bang :P opened the inverter, one some IC got all charred...it wasnt repairable too...

when i asked our elex guys to make me a 12V DC to 750V AC convertor, they were looking at me in shock and awe  telling me no such things exist

then busted the second inverter trying to measure the output voltage...saw a blue arc between the leads of the inverter and my thumb finger :S bussst.....

well..mask had the same CCFLs, his got busted too :P

had to wait 5 months since i got my new inverters......

PS : Me and mask have Coolermaster Aurora CCFL kits... (i have green and blue, mask has red )
