I'm yet to insert the SIM in it yet. But yes, the frequencies on it support that and 3G will work flawlessly. It's an LTE Device too but again the frequencies for AT&T don't match to Indian operators

What was the landed cost of 640?

If you talk specifically for the Lumia, it would be : $33 incl. local taxes + $5.1 Custom Duty + INR 1150 for S&H. Total would be INR 2590+1150 = Rs.3740.
But i got Moto E + Lumia 640 in a single packet, the total came to be around INR 4800.

Were they from BestBuy ? Because BestBuy had cancelled orders if bought more prepaid phones in some months time frame. I had read this in comments section of Slickdeals.
