bsnl modem help

hey guys how are you doing?

i have bsnl broadband unlimited 1350 plan.i am using nokia siemens modem provided by bsnl.few days ago my link started blinking,so i complained bsnl about it.but without their any action the modem started to work normally.now i am facing other problem.now the data light if off.it goes and come automatically.SDO came to my home for checking it.but when he was in home no problem occurred.but i already made a video of my modem problem.so he said me to start run and write

in run box.when the connection was ok packets were recieved.but when my data went off it showed destination net unreachable timed out.what could be the problem.

BY data line you mean the ADSL link? If yes, then it could be sign of problem in your line. Open your modem config page(http://192.168.1.1) and post

SNR margin & Line attenuation values.

Also, try switching modulation from ADSL2+(which is the default) to g.dmt. g.dmt is more robust and works better with noisy lines:)
 
yes, check the splitter and cables that u r using, if u have good ones, try swapping.
