^ Why the hell would someone compare EATG with Inception? It's so damn different genres.
Was wondering why vishal did that as well

EATG came out in 2001 and was with a different director but I did like it and 8/10 sounds bout right.

Is this movie supposed to be watched in 3D cos i don't think there are any places in Bangalore that do that yet.

^ NO. Inception is not in 3D, but does has IMAX special screening. I watched it in IMAX mumbai and boy, it was worth it. If I get chance again, I am definitely going to watch it again. :)

Ahh, Avatar was supposed to be in Imax as well so i did not watch it.

No Imax theatres here in bangalore yet :(

*spoilers*

How ****ing AMAZING was that hotel fight scene with JGL?! I could feel the people around me just quietly go "omfg wow" every moment. Every hotel scene with JGL was amazing even after fight, I was caring less about the 3rd layer of dream in the snowlands. And Hans Zimmer being Hans Zimmer, his soundtrack is one of the best in this one.

^ Exactly! You hit the nail on the head.

You know how everyone tends to praise the director or the actor for the movie. I think Hans Zimmer has the same share of the all the praises and glory that Nolan gets. The background soundtrack is fabulous. First TDK and now this. *bow to Zimmer*

I was too engrossed in the movie to have paid any attention to the background score/anything else happening around me. Went for a 9am show on Sunday, so it was almost as good as a private screening.

If you are not aware, Zimmer composed the theme music for Modern Warfare 2 as well. :P

And I am sure , he was the one who would have given NOLAN the idea for the 3rd level DREAM. It so resembled MW2 :D !

Awesome !

And i think this can be like the first [ Or one of the few ] movie on which you can base a novel on, so many interpretations so many deeper stories. I am sure someone is on it already :P .

Lol u missed half the experience of the movie
Actually he experienced it the right way. When I saw it for the second time, I was entirely focusing on the background score, was very much needed to fully appreciate how brilliant it was.

TDK fans don't flame me but i felt the dark knight was very overrated . This is what a brilliant movie is .

Umm, you are sadly mistaken if that's what you remember. I distinctly remember that around a week before the movie, it was rated 9.7 or something on IMDB and the same at RottenTomatoes. All the critics who had seen it were happy with Nolan's work. The first scene of the movie, the bank robbing scene, was on the web and people went crazy seeing that.

You may not have liked the movie, everyone has different tastes. But don't make statements which aren't true. It may be that you came to know about it after Heath Ledger died. Most of us were waiting for quite some time for the movie after the first one, which promised of better things to come for the almost-dead Batman franchise. Heath Ledger received his much deserved fame after the movie was a big hit and not the other way around.
