Health & Fitness Corona is in full swing and its not Joke !

I have no idea so I asked him. But some people in my area who got vaccinated were told to stay away from fruits.
So my grandfather already had his second dose and he's fine (at least for now)
I just registered at a vaccination camp (didn't use cowin) and waiting for my turn. If I don't come online then you'll know! Lol.
Wish me luck... (Serious).

Just got my first shot of Covishield. They told me not to take fruits for a week.

Edit: this vaccination campaign is just a vote collection campaign . Before I was about to get a shot one official who was inside the injection area asked me if I voted in that area. I said yes even though I'm not. Turns out the area's AC MLA organized it to gather votes for the next state election lmao. I was on my way back when I saw his car with his escorts heading to the vaccination camp. It was such a sight haha. Damn politicians.

Weird. I got my first dose in first week of June and was not told anything of this sort. Just was instructed to take adequate rest for the next couple of days, but no restrictions on food or medicines.

I will tell you the truth...some people who didn't know about their pre renal impairment status and after vaccination drank fruit juices like crazies, leading to hyperkalemia and symptomatic bradycardia. Most of them are regular drinkers too. Hence people from North eastern states are being requested to stay away from K rich foods.
Not a problem with you buddy. Can have fruits, no problem... guaranteed.
BTW, why didn't you ask them? Are you from Assam?
2 of my buddies are in Baksa atm trying to reach some very difficult areas in bikes..it's so hard with so much equipments. Really missing the challenges...those guys are so lucky...

Desperate studies for desperate times. Studies like these can be a serious threat to patients with renal dysfunction ( specially diabetic nephropathy) most of them are already on 60k arachitol / week.
Vit D is notorious for hypercalcaemia ( specially in cancer patients)
Hope the clinicians use their common sense prescribing arachitol. It's not actually vit D, but the calcium must have some role...so please check calcium levels before pumping massive doses of Vit D.
Seen my share of hypercalcaemia back in India. People from northern India, please be careful, as doctors there are extremely liberal with all possibly helpful drugs for covid simultaneously!

When will this stop

Maybe sitting in the sun for an hour is the solution, my vit d was 7 ng/ml, got test done today.

Don't read so much...most are bullshit reports. Avascular necrosis is a completely different thing.
Try to have a NORMAL active lifestyle, normal food, adequate hydration, physical exercise ( not for muscles, but endurance)

Just got my first shot of Covishield.
So I was fine for a few hours after the shot. Then as evening approached my whole body started to become weak. Like out of energy. It felt like I was almost fully drained and started to develop a fever. I forced myself to walk out and had dinner at around 9:30pm and also took paracetamol. Hopefully the fever will subside by the time I wake up in the morning.

Same for me. It subsided the next day. Try not to exert yourself.

@quaratineinthesejeans

Found your posts about drinking juice and Kidney conditions interesting since am diabetic for 7yrs+. Thanks so much for heads up.

Had my basic vitals tested last week.
25 OH Vitamin D (Total) for me was 8.44ng
(report says <20ng/ml is deficiency and 30-100ng/ml is normal).

Dr. prescribed 10,000iu Vit.D Cholecalciferol for use every 2-3 days for 2 months.
(Not Chloramphenicol, that was a typo)
RBC count, Hematocrit, also tad lower.

Urine test results also was fine.

My weight reduced from ~70kgs to 64kgs, asked to increase to ~68Kgs.
This part is easy :)

@iPwnz thanks for bringing this up, new knowledge for everyone !
