I still have a feeling people will still be blown away. They are making good use of DX11 effects in the current engine ... esp. tesselation. Even after seeing wht cryengine 3 (intial version) can do we were blown out by frostbite 2 engine.

No one kicks frostbite 2 engine and if it is then frostbite 3 absolutely way better than "CRY"engine 3

Cryengine isn't as good as Frostbite. Everything is better in Frostbite, even lag

You're probably right. One has to remember that crysis is not owned by EA, they're only the publishers of the franchise.

Even before this releases, i'm almost a hundred percent sure, it won't be as good as battlefield.

Battlefield 3 probably had the most overrated visuals, the best bits were already showcased @ E3 2011, the SP campaign = SP Campaign of Crysis 2 (Solid), frustration due to bugs (BF3) > Crysis 2.

Both have fantastic MP. BF3 edges out C2 though I put in more number of hours in Crysis 2 MP.

BF3 is fantastic, that doesn't make Crysis 3 a bad game. It will hold it's own. Now you guys do not jinx it.
