CSS and TE Tag/Server rental discussion

Upon observing the repeated violation of rules by a few members, we have taken the decision to ban two members w.e.f. 7th April 2006 (11PM):
1. Goldenfrag - For 2 Weeks
2. Virus - Permanent Ban
The reasons for the same are pretty obvious and dont need to be disclosed. We will not entertain any queries on official level for the same.
The banned members and especially the temporary banned members are expected not to create alternate IDs. If we discover that they are using alternate IDs, we will ban them permanantly with a possible IP Ban.
We are keeping track of other members who had violated the rules in this thread or otherwise. This message can serve as a mild warning for them to stay within the rules in the future to prevent any action against them.
Rest of you have an hour or so to post in this thread before I clean it up, after that maintain some sanity as we used to have on TE.

so wat is the minimum gfx card for playing css with playable fps(about 40),i dont mind the resolution and model quality and stuff.

just leave the comp man.pause all updates except the CSS one as that i presume will be used mostly by you(or is it ragnarok?).also steam updates arent spsed to take much time.its the game update.
