its our connection problem cause me and blade facing the same probs and we got the whole update from funky

Hi guys,
Finally installed the game , created the steam a/c and updated the game files.
which servers are you guys using ??
I went to that singapore server of TMG but it was empty or nobody was playing there....:no:
ps: Just when the old folks were on the verge of beating them kids ...they get themselves banned !!!!! i seriously think the kids wanted to avoid a "True test of gaming skills and game play intelligence" with some of the veterans of the gaming industry ....
hence they conviniently took the soft option and fled from here ......:tongue:
well now i have to wait 2 weeks for them to return (hopefully more charged up
) till then i will teach stormblast , XT and others the finer points of making a kill

Hey dj, by 11am or 1 in the afternoon the servers will have most of the player slots filled. You should try then.
Edit: I am game for renting a server from sgwargames for TE. Let me know if you guys are serious.

for the uninitiated, i work full time as admin there. and will be more than happy to intermediate a deal between sgwg and TE. no problems.
just PM me ur requirements. we will take it from there

guys,i wanted to know if ocing ym cpu(3000+ venice will help in increasing fps in CSS).cos i wud rather spend cash on ocing(of course not extreme)
than a new gfx card(of course ill buy one for qw:et),but the point is if css is more cpu dependant or gpu dependant

no you would benefit more from a gpu than ocing the cpu. Get a decent gpu like 6600gt and you will prolly be able to play QW: ET since its based on the good old d3 engine.killeraim said:heheh.nice nick.

Hey u guys...am totally serious about renting a server from SGWG...and decided to set aside 10-20SGDs per month.
I asked Tifosi and he seems to interested too.
Blade..good u see that ur interested too....so if we can all chip in..we can actually rent a premium server with say 16 slots

@switch: q3 was a blast d3, and q4 weren't exactly meant to break new grounds in mp. Anyways i am hoping qw:et does that...........
@smith: We'll we had discussed this idea before as well but it died out due to lack of response. Also rather than a single person pitching in a huge amount lets pitch a equal amount, no one will be forced to pay up but 200 bucks a month isnt too much i guess. With around 8-9 willing people it'll be easy to keep the server running.
