Just use any email address and they will give u a key which u can activate through steam and download.

Due to excessive traffic they have now started to send the cd keys via email.
So register on the site first and then send them an email with ur User ID on the site(Which will be ur email).

I dont know but I have activated it on my second account as i allready have it in my primary account and it worked and has worked for others and u can go through the steam forum link which i gave.

Even I cant open it now.Looks like server is too busy. Many ppl trying to get the game????????
 
once it showed up on slickdeals it was all over :P

the people who run the site will notice that they are getting virtually ddos'ed here, and they will figure out why as well. i wouldn't be surprised if the site came back up without the offer. besides, how many keys would they reasonably have anyway. it can't be unlimited.

but, hopefully i'm wrong and some people who weren't able to get their keys earlier get them when it comes back up.
