contact Delhivery customer care. I had once shipped a package within same city and it went moving around too .I have a package shipped by @NanditaRoy for which I've paid 35k. They have shipped it on Nov 4th, unfortunately by surface shipping and via Delhivery to Bangalore from Kolkata but insured.
From the past 7 days it's stuck in Hoskote moving up and down to random places but not to my location [HSR]. Looks like the address entered on the delhivery website while submitting the package is off too, pin code etc., while the address on the package itself is accurate; not sure which they consider.
I'm at a loss at this point on what needs to be done, tried posting on twitter but no meaningful response. Could someone suggest what options are available? Tagging @Slayer88 @ibose since you folks seem to have dealt with them recently and being from Bangalore. If anyone else have any suggestions, kindly advice.
Apart from raising a ticket and sending them an email / twitter, is there any other means to contact them? Do they have a customer care number that works?contact Delhivery customer care. I had once shipped a package within same city and it went moving around too .
They will response within 24 hrs I think. they did try to help me .
My parcel was received by the buyer within the same city after over a week or so. SO you will get it but seems some inefficiency from their side.
You can try their number but for me email worked. I got a response next day.Apart from raising a ticket and sending them an email / twitter, is there any other means to contact them? Do they have a customer care number that works?
It was impossible for me (using the numbers I tried) to get someone on the phone; extremely frustrating. Fortunately for me, it was booked via Shiprocket, so a few escalations later the product got delivered. I have stopped using Delhivery and ask others also to avoid it unless there is no other option. My major issue with them started with pickups though. Looks like they have extended that incompetence to deliveries as well. Ask the seller to escalate.Tagging @Slayer88 @ibose since you folks seem to have dealt with them recently and being from Bangalore.
Please post in the original marketplace thread from which the purchase was madeI'm waiting on @NanditaRoy for the refund till today evening as promised and thereafter see how to proceed
That's horrendous sorry to hear about your experience, luckily you got the card without damage...I think these things are heavily dependent on local franchises and who has taken them ...for example, in Bangalore in my area...DTDC is broken..I literally had to file a case on INGRAM to get my parcel delivered...it was in terrible state when it was finally delivered after the case...luckily it just had clothes otherwise it would have been really really badIm the latest victim. Delayvery system is completely broken in Hyderabad. I bought a graphics card from TE. It was picked up from Ghaziabad on 13th Dec, reached Hyd on 17th Dec. I waited till 23rd and decided to personally pickup. Opened Google and looked for Delayvery offices near me. Only one address was real, all others were non-existent. None of them had phone numbers to contact. So finally reached a hub that was 8kms from my house. They throw parcels around like its a dumpyard. The guy there told me it will reach their dumpyard next morning. So I waited till next morning hoping the card wont be broken by time I pickup.
I went to the same dumpyard next day and guy told me it reached another dumpyard which is in the other direction 5kms from my house. He gave me a phone number of person incharge of the dumpyard but it was switched off. I asked him address but he had no idea. He only knew the area name.
So I went back 8kms and 5kms forward in search of new dumpyard. I reached the area and looked in Google and reached an address but there was nothing there. 3kms wasted there. By this time I strongly decided to find the dumpyard and snatch my parcel away from their claws. So I blindly started looking around in the area. Luckily found many other couriers around and got a hope that I'll find the dumpyard.
I found the dumpyard and asked about my parcel. The guy there literally turn 3 massive bags of parcels upside down to find mine. I took the parcel and came home. Luckily card was not physically damaged even though the box was crippled in one corner. Only seller's packing save the card. In total I travelled 40kms+ to get the parcel.
I have never seen this delay from any other courier, not even from Delhivery before. Be careful before using Delhivery. Not just delays their handling and maintanence are worst I have seen.
yes, thats the worst part, there is no way to contact them, you can write to their email and maybe get a generic response a few days later or b**ch about it on twitter and hopefully create enough noise, else you're screwed.the worst part is there is not even customer care number or office locator in their website. there is no way to contact anyone in delhivery. once you leave parcel with them, you are completely blind.the tracking gives only vague updates. people are unanimously bashing them for delays.
Delhivery is outstanding at my location. DTDC is okay too. It depends from location to location. If you want Delhivery to respond to your complaint then select 'other' option while submitting a query. You will surely receive a response within 24 hours.
Well the problem is that they think that everything can be done through technology and systems, which might be true as well, in most of the cases but those 2-5% cases, where the mess is created, thy leave it to GOD to get it cleared.yes, thats the worst part, there is no way to contact them, you can write to their email and maybe get a generic response a few days later or b**ch about it on twitter and hopefully create enough noise, else you're screwed.
Even the numbers they give when you visit their "office" are most of the times not working, or they will say that "dekhte hai" but nothing will happen.
My package once got exchanged with someone elses and delhivery did absolutely nothing to fix the situation, Luckily I found the address of the person who recieved it by forcing delhivery office people to give the information where the package was delivered. I had to book shipping again from different courier both ways to fix the problem.
Was it directly on delhivery app? Usually you will get a full refund but check with them.i had a shipment for pickup on saturday, its already monday 6pm and there is no communication about it.
i m thinking of cancelling the courier order, they dont even have a cc number.
