Monitors Dell 4k 120 hz S2725QS monitor or Gigabyte M28U 4k

Should i get the dell one as i am getting it around for 27k or should i spend 8k more and get the Gigabyte M28u ? From what i researched the M28U
has quality control issues.

looking at both models, there isn't much difference apart fron gigabyte having higher refresh rate and a bunch of usb ports. with both being ips panels, there won't be much discrepansies on performances.
