And this shameless people now agreed that the monitor is with a different guy and they are in the process of fetching the monitor back. I think I have to wait for another decade. And I am expecting a "Used + Faulty then Refurbished and then Used" piece as a replacement. Long Live DELL!
 
CORE in India is crap. I once registered a complaint and nothing happened even after repeated mails to CORE.

So, first send a mail to Dell customer care stating clearly what's the issue and what resolution u expect. Also mention the statements of Dell CC, if u have kept a copy of the chat sessions.
Keep a zonal head email in the loop and give 15 days for resolution of the entire issue.

Reply should come surely after this.

If et all it is not resolved, catch hold of a lawyer friend and send a legal notice for the same and stating that 15 days notice period was violated and if the legal notice was not heeded to, a CC case would be ur next move.

At this point, most of the companies will respond and resolve evrything.

I remember having a HP Pavillion and repeated complaints didn't solve the issue.
Then send a 15 days notice and then entire PC was changed even when the warranty was just over. Didn't even go to the legal notice stage...:)

Yes guys, I tried every possible routes and DELL actually arranged a replacement monitor. But one of a Stupid Employee in DELL delivered the S-IPS monitor to another guy.

It seems like the entire SUPPORT system in DELL is careless. They even marked my case as DELIVERED. I dont know how this was happened - if anyone from DELL is here, I can PM the case number and he can explain us the story.

Did you try confirming the shipping address on file? I mean check what address they shipped the IPS panel to.

I think if you can contact someone in the press, just go ahead and publish a small article on their careless ways.
 
well guys past was past and dell was awesome in past but now dell customer care sucks big time and they give blunt answers and simply says we cannot do anything. seems like time has gone now its all same as dell hardly give daam abt issues now they are also much keen on excuses
 
Well, the dell support is pretty much sucky in most countries except for US. I learned that fact recently when i was suggesting Dell models for laptops to a cousin of mine in Dubai for his company.
