Tissue paper is not only gonna block teh dust but also the air. No air is gonna be able to get through tissue paper man..

I use similar sponge dust filters.. and they work well enough.

well then, i will try it ..............do u see any other material can do well as dust filters ?

No plan for Commercial Production.

AS per Damage for my rig....
If i dont count my time and all effort in making it.....just expenditure... Then without all PC hardware (cpu, MB, Gpu, RAm , HDD, DVD, PSU)..it damaged me about 5k And if my time and all effort are counted it Rate my rig for about 40k...

All right. My comment is 3 weeks too late. But ingenuity like this has to be praised. I admire your work Mr. Rakesh. Whenever I do my own ghetto watercooling project, this and what Sunnyboi did in 2005 will be the inspiration behind it.

I would very much appreciate a detailed worklog on the components.

PS. even I have an old hp 640c lying around. That 15V DC motor is giving me ideas. Please help.

I have made the waterblock for my HD4850 GFX Card.
Have a look. 100% passed leak test.

First Temp of HD 4850 with stock cooling

Ideal = 79 C
Load = 88 c

Now fitting block on HD4850 Card

Resvo and Pump

All SET up Ready to go....

Ideal temperature after W/C setup
WOOOOOO ... 50C cooll

and at full load ie crysis Warhead at 1920x1080 AA= x2 for three hours

temperature is just 69 c....

Cool.
No more GPU fan noise when playing Crysis ....

Some New updates
1.
New PUMP gift from a DIY fan from Goa...Cool AC 220V Pump. New tubes and a drain outlet tube added with a T- joint . SMPS also modded with a relay base switch for pump, so pump starts and shut down automatically with PC.

2.
Two Seagate 500 GB 32MB buffer Sata HDD in RAID0..
A recognizable difference in system Speed. Now i believe that RAID do works.

HDD Positioning dont effect it's life or working.
Best Example is to seen pics of Data Servers. I have personaly seen a HP Server with 6 SCSI HDD in vertical positoin running 24/7 for last three years..

Since i have made this case MY HDD are always placed vertically.... no issue at all.
