  2. Marc Uro 5 (2 Tablet) in morning after Breakfast (between 8.00 - 9.00 AM)
  3. Stonex (2 Capsules) after Lunch (between 2.00 - 3.00 PM)
  4. Stonex (2 Capsules) after Tea/Snacks (between 6.00 - 7.00 PM)
  5. Marc Uro 5 (2 Tablet) after Dinner (between 10.00 - 11.00 PM)
Note: If experience Gas + Acidity issue after (Barley + Horse Gram Water) consumption, then keep reducing quantity of Barley + Horse Gram (Jau + Kulthi). Excess Barley can cause Gases and Excess Horse Gram can cause severe acidity.

just an update, I found that Marc Uro 5 didn't work on stone issue as it should be and stop using it.

If Kulath/Kulthi and Barley/Jau water, induce acidity/gas etc., just add ginger in kadha and if still feel uneasy in stomach than make roti of Kulath & Jau atta and eat.

Please Note:- Kulath must be minimum 30 gram a day to use.

From what I've seen online, the research appears to indicate that consumption of Bryophyllum pinnatum can prevent (not treat) kidney stones. If you suspect you have kidney stones than better consult a healthcare professional (better safe than sorry). Small kidney stones usually pass on their own. Make sure to stay hydrated. If you're worried about the severity of the problem, then again, better consult a healthcare professional.
