Camera Ebay camera dealer fraud.....Help!!!

My friend who is a power seller at ebay told me that this kk_camerazone guy has multiple high profile user IDs around there.When he had bought from one of this other IDs and had to clear some doubt,he was contacted and dealt by the kk_camerazone's mobile number.So, he is playing a nicely planned game.
 
I think we should spam the dealer in our past time on the below nos. Enquire about any camera first & then ask for warranty offered, he will reply "It's dealer warranty sir, we will handle it" Then refer him the case of Prianshu.

Spamming is no solution man...I wont get the camera...plus I dont want to waste my valuable on such hopeless person...the thing is that I need a full refund or the camera...anything even different model of similar range would do...thats it....

did you try escalating to ebay ? and do you have a bill for the camera ?

Obviously I contacted ebay. I'm doing that since last 2 months .every alternate day i'm getting mails of saying do this ,do that. They even suggested to write to their fraud investigation team. Even did that but reply. Now I wrote to ebay that i'll write to consumer court if they dont take action within 7days.

I tried all means of contacting the seller but there is no response from
his side. I also sent him a mail via ebay so that he gets an official
mail from ebay id but he has not replied to that as well. Also whenever
i give him a call he turns off his phone. I tried all ways to contact
and now its upto you to try and contact him.There is no hope that he
will reply to my countless mails and calls which I have made till now.

Hi,
I had bought a digicam Sony DSC S950 from kk_camerazone using
(ebay id: tripta_kishore-2009) at that time. I received the product
within 4-5 days.
But the product had some manufacturing fault. I sent it back to the
dealer as per his policy
on 4th april 2009 (invoice number 2377).

The dealer told that it will take about a week to get it fixed.
But when I called after a week, he asked for another week and gradually

he stopped picking up my calls and stopped answering to my mails. Its
over
4months now and I still haven?t got my camera. Dealer is still not
responding positively.
Kindly guide me on this issue. Hoping for some quick and positive
response from you.

Do you have proof that you sent the camera back to the seller , like a courier consignment number ?

I think should be enough...but i'm nt sure whether she has kept the courier consignmt or not...will ask her 2mrw n let u know.....
 
hi guys...I contacted ebay live support...support person Payal told me that she would escalate the topic and take action within 72 hours.... I told her that i dont need an advice mail i need u to contact the dealer first then contact me...I also said if they dont contact the dealer till friday i'll write to consumer court....now lets c wht response i get...
 
hi guys there is no update from ebay...tried contacting them again but all they ask for 24-72 hrs for updating the status...I have decided that i'll write to consumer court once i go to mumbai in mid oct...
 
kk_camerazone appears to have 99.8% feedback rating. Try calling him from some other number or wait for sometime and see what answer does ebay has for you. Also if writing to Consumer forum it would help you if you can gather all the evidences like courier receipts, bill etc.

Tried calling him 100 times from 10-15numbers but in vain...he cuts as soon he hears her name...
 
File a compliant before the District Consumer forum in your area. before that try issuing a legal notice to him.

Apart from the above, start a thread in ebay's forum, also provide link to this thread there. It may help you. It will also make others aware of this dealer's behavior.
