this was the first time i got a descent coupon from ebay ...
so did a lot o research for the 250 coupon.
finally found something which i could actually use.

I have a query regarding ebay systems.

I bid on some books in ebay and won the bidding. I have PMed the buyer wether he can join the shipping and give any shipping discounts. but he hasnt replied yet. I mailed him twice or thrice i think.

And yesterday, sunday, some guy from ebay called that how will i be paying my money.

i said maybe net connect or cc. he said he is calling from ebay, not the seller. Is it like that?.

I need to know wether i can join the shipping as the seller is not responding what should i do?. and why do ebay CC call me to check how am i going to pay?.

leave a message stating that you are going to leave negative feedback you wont reply to my messages , some sellers suddenly reply

i think you have won auction at very low price so he is not replying

if the books are worth even after paying the shipping charges buy them asap :)

Yes. the books are got in a very nice price. Maybe thats why.

Should i pay the guy at all. he is not even replying.
