Hi. Seller should mention Model no & complete specs.

Also US price at NewEgg was $79.99 a few days back for similar model but with 32GB Cache & 7200 rpm.
 
guys, can anyone tell me how to return the product to the seller? The seller says to return the product and he will refund the amount. Actually the item is Not as Described.

If I send the product back, I'll have to pay from my pocket which will ofc not included in the refund.

Heard, there's some courier service which works with eBay??
 
^ i think you will have to return it back at your own cost, at least i did that last time i had to claim warranty for my modem

for claiming warranty, I think you'll have to pay. But why should the buyer pay to return the product which is Not as Described? That's the seller's fault, why should the buyer be at a loss?

They seller is not a Power Seller and have not mentioned about VAT paid bill or return policy or shipping detail about WB.....

File an Ebay guarantee claim and you will get the courier charges reimbursed by Ebay...first tell the seller that as its not your fault he should pay return courier charges, if he doesn't agree then file the Ebay guarantee claim.

Power seller are genuine sellers on ebay, have good reputation and are not cheaters.u can trust the dealer and get it replaced if you get a defective product.

Its safe to check the sellers feedback before buying any item. there are some power sellers having bad attitude and one should stay away from them. :)
 
Is the 15% off coupon working for you guys? I tried to use it for a GEB item as well as a non-DOW item, but it gave the error as

Is the coupon valid only for some specific category? I didn't find anything like that in the mail.
