^ you can still avail it. Diwali codes are still working. Try using "DIWALIBY01" on the paisapay gateway. (I assume it's your 1st purchase in the promotion period. If not then substitute 01 with 02,03 and so on)
 
Offer is no longer valid. Even if the coupon gets accepted, eBay reserves the right not to honour it as it outside the time line specified on their T&C.

Its been a month and I am still awaiting the SkullCandy headset in the Dussera offer. I had called Ebay Tollfree helpline, but those guys are clueless about when I might receive it...

Is there an email address where I might be able to contact ebay?

i have a 15% code but im pretty sure its a/c locked. i can post the code here anyways if you wish. its on my main ebay a/c so i dont want to have to share it. sorry
