One more suggestion: Stop selling the stuff at Rs.1/- People tend to abuse the offer. Better sell the stuff at Less than 50% the cost or so. You'll still get enough orders and chances of the offer being abused are reduced as well.
 
#max_demon, you mention about wanting to be a PowerSeller, hence I assume you know it takes more than a large number of sales to become one. Your net transaction value over 12 months also has to be high. I am not sure how you can achieve that with 1 rupee sales.
 
I have to worry about only the number of transactions as I have already reached minimum global sales amount long back
