ok guys..i just got a small doubt regarding an issue...i had ordered an item worth 250 bucks on ebay with a 150 off coupon, so i paid 100 for it...the seller shipped it on 22nd feb and the deadline for delivery is 29 feb...now the package reached my city the next day but the courier guys screwed it up by sending the parcel back n foth to different branches within the city as delivery is based on area basis...during this , they have lost the parcel and say cant trace it anymore. ( althouh i have a doubt that they mite have stolen the contents of d package )...now what do i do? deadline ends tomo. can i claim a refund? if yes , how do i go about it? will the seller not dispute that he sent it and its not his fault? and also, how much refund will i get and by when? this has never happened b4, thats why the question. just to add, the tracking details on the courier site says clearly that item not delivered becasue of MIS ROUTE. NO OF ATTEMPTS 1 ! IN WHOSE FAVOUR WILL EBAY GIVE A DECISON

^^ since the courier site cleary says item not delivered due to misroute , u can easily claim refund of the amount u actually paid for that item ,since u paid 100, u will get ur 100 back
