Mail from ebay about the gift being on its way: 22nd Feb

Gift Received: 28th Feb

ebay sent the hitachi 250GB with an invoice.

will be up for sale if my plans to get the tablet goes down the drain again.
 
^^ They are single use coupons...once used they are invalid. They are not account locked normally but since its single use....so they dont need to anyway :P
 
Ebay is so crap these days , hardly any coupons , damn back in 08 we used to get 20% off coupons every week that with no user locked id's. :(

Needed a 100 or 150 off coupon to buy a pack of Accucheck 50 Blood Sugar test strips.
Is it that hard for ebay to realize , that user don't give a **** about ebay without coupons - No Coupons , No Buy.. :@
 
^ I know how you feel. You can thank all of TE's members for that :P

We really went nuts with eBay coupons back then. 2 accounts, 3 accounts and some with even 10 accounts. They obviously have to protect themselves which is why they now have account specific coupons, reduced discounts, lower coupon values etc.

If they'd let it run rampant like before, heavy losses would be inevitable. They chose the lesser of the 2 evils. Go with fewer customers and turn some profit as opposed to lot's of customers and run in loss.
