I guess there is no charge on mutual cancellation.

I once sold a locked iphone 4 32gb on ebay and the guy later called me up to cancel the deal after making the payment stating he doesn't want a locked handset. No charges were levied.

There might be a little listing fees and thats it. Not 4% for sure.
 
ordered brianwavz m3 and the seller pristine note had quoted the price wrong..so he agreed to give me a refund.

however,my coupon already got used.Need one more to buy ipod nano 8gb

because just today, there was an article in the paper about the ipad 2 slashed price on ipad 3 launch....so i was looking all over ebay for the revised prices and here he is with the proper links . great.....highly appreciated
