Airtel 256 unlimited plan for 999 + 100 bucks modem/router rental, with zero downtime. I guess it won't be long before they have a 512kbps unlimited plan...

ok the exatt guy came to my place..

lol wasnt he amazed when i told him i do 30gb a month lol.. and that i got a 300gb hard disk..

i was interested in the night plan .. 512kbps. but monthly charge comes to around 1000 rs...which aint bad.. but then again its only valid from 10-8.. that is you connect b4 that sucks !

the other plans esp the 50gb plans... can be dedicated..or shared whichever way you want it..

but its tad too costly again..

and as long as exatt is providing direct service to the customer .. its good.. otherwise when its through the cable operators well get ready for downtimes/low speeds etc etc

is this 2Mbps or whatever it is really 2Mbps or its 1/8 * 2Mbps = 256Kbps assured....coz for the past few days the speed has dropped to 1/8th of the dedicated b/w ( for me its 8-10KBps for a 512Kbps connx) ..only during night time when most users doze off the speed gets marginally better to arnd 1/4th....has exatt started sharing the bandwidth....as you guys already know they had previously reduced the b/w to half for multiuser connxs.
