MX 5021 was 6750 from Prime. i am using onboard as of now..no cash left for Sound card.

thanks for the correction ..didnt know that . i thought the adjacent slots are dual channel. hehehe.

by the way RAM in bios shows 5-5-5-15 instead of 4-4-4-12. ..any idea why ? i think i will have to set that manually.

the MX 5021 came with the dust cover for the speakers and woofer both..i just removed for the photo shoot :P have put them back ..

dunno if they are as good as the original 5021's, out of the box they sound really good..the highs and mids are crystal clear and the bass is quiet tight ..the way it should be.

Trance never sounded this good.:ohyeah:

ive played them for just 5-10 hours ..hope they sound better after burn-in.

didnt know that..thanks for informing.

i thought they wouldnt affect a LCD monitor as the satellites are magnetically shielded ..i guess i will have to shift them or mount them on the wall @ the ear level.

nope havent overclocked it . dont think there's need of any.

but yeah when i have the time will surely try overclocking for heck of it and for benchmarking..:hap2:

Yup the satelites are magnetically shielded so you are good. even I have kept them next to my monitor.

Make sure you keep the sub the opposite side of your cabby cause its not shielded and bad for your hdd.

IIRC, it was still at 3.8K-3.9K at Prime this week and maybe some other shops in Mumbai. :)

howz the mx5021??

satellites are magnetically shielded.....tho at 80-90% volume they do distort.

My my.. Now I need not say anything about the rig as it has already been commented in the last 37 replies.

Congrats maldaar boy. A completely balanced rig. Perhaps this could now serve as a guide for the rest. :thumb:

But wtf AL seems to be changing the design of the MX. Mine's different from the older one which Saiyan has. And yours's different from mine. Seems like they've removed the cloth grill from the sub? :S

I hope the internal shtuff's the same *touchwood*
