Formula One - European Grand Prix

I do not have anything against ALonso. I like him and he will be my no.1 driver if he shifts to Ferrari after Michael retires(whenever that is). But as of now, it is mainly he and Kimi fighting for the championship. So, since I am supporting Kimi(after Michael), I do not want Alonso to win....

But in other circumstances I like him a lot

...me aint no Ferrari supporter, i like Ferrari coz Michael Schumacher drives for them, whatever u say, tacticts or no tactics, he drives like a dream, and no one even comes close to his style at the moment, maybe some day someone will, but as of now, i dont think so..
never once did I say that MS is a bad driver. lol m8...no way...he is one of the best drivers in history of the sport. It will be foolish of anyone to say MS is a bad driver but remember this...maturity comes with age and experience. If you think MS drives like a dream..its justified coz he's experienced enuf at this level. You can't compare a Kimi or Alonso with him at this stage of their career. Both these drivers are much younger to MS. Why only Kimi and Alonso...even Webber, Massa etc. are good drivers.

Here we're talking abt Constructors and mainly Ferrari, McLaren (u know they are long time rivals) and Renault (they don have as big fan base coz they are new). After a few races, u mite see Williams coming into the equation as well. From this years races, its easy to see Ferrari are struggling. Its very easy to blame it all on tyre manufacturers but the fact is apart frm tyres, smthing else is seriously wrong. Don tell me that all of a sudden bridgestones are making poor quality tyres while till last year they were goin great and even beating michelin quite a few times. lol...maybe bridgestones forgot the art of making tyres or someone is deliberately mixing up poor components during tyre production so that they can make ferrari struggle. hehe...anyways, come up with as many excuses you may like but the fact will remain a fact and that is ferrari aren't upto the mark this year.

PS: Are ferrari using their last year's car or is it the new one???

Naa, this is new one, they kinda rushed into this one coz of the lack of performance from the old one.

regarding the experience factor, i clearly said, one day, both Kimi and Alonso will be upto that mark and maybe even beyond that.

Now comes the tyre factor, Bridgestones have been struggling for the last 3 years, last year, Ferrari was able to take the pace out of those tyres through their stretegy and the amount of testing they do. many tems have been shifting over to Michalin every year. Enven bridgestone is struggling due to this coz now they do most of their testing with only Ferrari, though this should traditionally help ferrari, but somehow, Bridgestones have made a tyre that is very hard to get upto the performing level, the tyre wud come up to its optimal temps and stuff after a few laps, so that wud only help in Race and not in one lap qualifying. this is the reason when a few races back MS was driving quite smoothly without doing too many thing during the start of the race and only started pushing it in mid race and managed to get a 2nd spot. So as i said, lets see how well the bridgestones prove to be during the race.

And i say again, nothing wrong with Ferrari, its only that the tyre is a headace, and need i say all things in F1 are related, so to correct thetyre problem, they need to do hosts of other things, maybe the downforce, that wud inturn put more pressure on the tyres resulting in what u saw, a puncture, hehehe
so a wrong tyre really messes up a cars performance in more than one way ;)

well ya, if ferrari looses the championship this season which now looks almost certain possibility they will definitely ditch bridgestone.
I think they should do it now.
But lets see how brdgestones perform today in race.
Thats the main difference why Ferrari are struggling this season. Those tyres are crap for single lap qualifying. And when bridgestones made tyres good for qualifying we knew what happened in the race.

I think the tyre rule itself is crap. FIA has made this sport what it shouldnt be. F1 should be all about speed. I say bring back those slicks and turbos.
Love those old early 80s and 90s races. Ya there are risks with turbos but these drivers are getting paid enough to take those risks.

Expect a great race.
I am sure the williams(esp Heidfeld) are on a low fuel load cuz theres no way they cud hav beaten Kimi in a mclaren had they benn on a similar fuel load.
The battle is between Renault, Mclaren n Ferrari.
Mclaren n Renault are on a relatively heavier car compared to the Williams, but the Ferrari are fuelled to the max(remember they've got the biggest fuel tank)

But if Williams get away at the start and open a huge lead...then who knows.

The thing is Bridgestone make slightly softer tyres comapred to Michelin. So, when the rules were changed this year, they struggled to make harder tyres that last the whole race and still perform well right from the start like Michelin.

damn damn damn

F1 deserves a kick
Blown tire.. damn it... why can't they allow a tire change.........

Oh shucks.................................................
And idiot alonso has won it.........................

Damn the last 15 min were just awesome...
sad luck for kimi :bleh: :P

nd shumi cmes 5th eh??? :bleh:

Heart break for Kimi :( :( Mclaren dont seem to have much of luck.. remember mika in the spanish GP 3 years ago? He was leading till the final lap till his engine blow :(
whatever kimi should have won the Race :(

Not commenting on any other drivers :( :(

Kimi should have won!

yep man its really sad... :( :(
last lap disaster..:(
the suspension broke coz of tyre vibrations.
these finns don have much luck really...
and yep i rmmbr that mika incident at spanish gp..

but still gr8 drive frm kimi with those vibrating tyres
anyways i hope kimi and mclaren will come back hard next race :)

oh man , messed up result.. whats with mclarens and last laps  they really should revise tyre regulations.
clean drive from barrichello.. schumacher seems to have no luck , nothing great from him this race sadly.

Actiually it was disaster for MS on 1st lap.
Really bad luck without his fault.
But they could have brought kimi in for a tyre change. I am sure of that bcoz it was dangerous and they are permitted to change tyre in such condition.
He could have got 3rd position for sure if he has made that 1 more stop.
But he and Mclaren gambled for 1st place and they paid for it.
Thats how things work, its the race, rules are same for all. Ferrari had their bad luck with tyres, Alanso and fishicalla had bad luck last race and kimi this race.
So everyone had their share of problems with they tyres. Rules have hurt everyone.
But ya i dont like these rules at all. But it sure had made F1 little more exciting.

Blown tire.. damn it... why can't they allow a tire change.........

If they do then ferrari will be back :hap2:

I am not too disappointed with the result...frerrari back on podium.
But i really wud hav liked seeing Kimi win again.

Looks like Alonso is having all the Schumi luck.

BtW i was surprised by how early Rubens stopped .. i thot his car was fuelled to the brim.

That hairpin bend was a disaster more as much as 4-5 drivers, Kimi already drove through the gravels before his accident, alonso, m Schumi, Ralf .... That curve seemed to be slippy...
And all those who thought williams car was fast in the qualifing, it was because their fuel load was less, remember they dint have as much fuel as Mclarens or renaults had...

me late as usual.. except this time 57r late.. ;).. btw, today was another proof why McLaren SUCKS!!! they did it to Mika.. now, poor kimi..

lol m8..
u can't blame McLaren for tat one...it wasn't their fault..they were just plain unlucky. McLaren mite have asked Kimi for a tyre change and he mite have refused. anyways, I don think anyone needs to be blamed for this one.
btw, this tyre rule has made F1 exciting...and i don mind if they continue with this..its the same for everyone so no use blaming the rules as well.

I wont say i'm happy that a renault won but still its better than a ferrari win ;)
