Formula One : US Grand Prix

okay michelin did a mistake...its somewhat unacceptable but still we can accept that as it was unintentional. What FIA did was purely intentional as I feel they could have atleast found some sane solution to it. They never wanted to find a practical solution but wanted all drivers to risk their lives driving with those defective michelin tyres. Its a shame but we'll have to live with that :eek:hyeah:

well , the FIA never insisted on running the cars on the defective tyres , else there would be race penalties . What kinda sane soultion are u talkin of here ? .... any chances would be unfair to the other teams as pointed out in the interview , each race involves a lot of preperation , why should the teams who have done their homework rework it for no fault of their's ? I aint sayin that the other teams didnt do their homework , it was just that they were on the otherside of good luck ;) . As again pointed out in the interview , the skiing example perfectly explains everything .

In the real world , you pay a price for a mistake , intentional or not it qualifies for a ' no go ' ;) , and when it comes to F1 , consider it exponential :eek:hyeah:

C'mon you gotta be kidding...accept the fact Michellin made a big big mistake and 7 teams suffered coz of that.
FIA stood by the rules and the other 3 teams raced and thats the end of it!!
There is no margin for error at this level of sport......

We have to let this thing go.....its too old to even discuss...
Ferrari bashers wont give up their stupid n weird comments and the Ferrari lovers wont take any of that nonsense...

So unless the admins wanna waste space or make ppl laugh...i say LOCK THIS TOPIC!!! :eek:hyeah:

lol@Wraith
go through all my previous posts...did i ever say its not a michelin fault??? :S
i have accepted it 100 times. now how many more times u want me to accept that? :p
FIA stood by the rules?? wat use are the rules if they can't guarantee satisfaction
to customers, fans, teams, employees etc. etc. To top it all, the rules are weird itself.
FIA din't even think abt the fans...all they are trying is blame it on michelin. c'mon now appreciate michelin for accepting their fault and not putting the life of 14 drivers on the line. in my view, that is truely professional and not businessminded as FIA.

and don u worry abt the space..we've lots to accomodate more of this. btw, ppl who understand what is discussion wont laugh but ppl who don't, well can't say abt em :eek:hyeah:

yeah rules suck but i havent heard you complain about the rules while michelin was winning all along :p only when something like this happened favouring bridgestone you all complain :bleh:

fact is i dont think there was any other solution to this issue other than what happened for the us gp

C'mon man...most rules are weird...
Exam rules state we cant have books in the exam hall....heck i want open book exams!! but who the hell is gonna listen!!
I say what good are books when we cant use them when we need them the most...i.e during the papers!! :eek:hyeah: :bleh:

The idea is to stick to the rules no matter how weird or stupid...or even better break the rules but dont get caught!

lol...okay...good ones..
but then rules are meant to be broken..aren't they? ;)

but don break rules at TE..else u get a warning :eek:hyeah:

I did!!! lol...i did!! saw schumi almost take out barichello!!!

LOL...it was sheer accident that i happened to come across the highlights...but they were entertainin

lol .....

and I did not see the highlights.... the race was boring enough.... why in the world would I want to go to sleep in front of the TV again ???

hehehe...funny...verry funny :bleh:
wat does that prove?? The confidence of TE. The confidence of being able to provide quality and satisfactory service. Now don compare FIA with TE. TE is miles better

and btw, stop spamming! esp. site manager breaking rules doesn't help :eek:hyeah:
awaiting reps...:p

^^ and that shows stupidity of a spammer
i din't for once mention ferrari (quite deliberately) in any of my posts today but still knew ud come up with smthing like that. good...seems like ferrari fanboys are less on confidence now a days even after they got a birthday present last week.

btw, seven michelin teams have indicated boycotting French GP if FIA imposes any kinda penalty upon them in tuesday's meeting. looks like gr8 days ahead for ferrari and more birthday gifts. :bleh:
