Without a doubt! They're in a different league altogether, so it wouldn't even be right to compare it with 'value' mice.
For starters, they won't ever skip like the value mice do.
The only supposed shortcoming is their lack of those huge dpi figures (which honetly is not an issue). These mice slot in very nicely at the sub-1k price. Its a pity they don't make good mice in this price bracket anymore.
