2. Will the key be linked to my Microsoft account?
3. Since Microsoft allows free upgrade from window 10 to Windows 11, can be just buy Windows 10 pro key and that will allow upgrade to Windows 11 pro for free?

It is different channel than what MS selling on their website. It wont be linked to MS account as these are not bind keys. It can be upgraded to Win11 as long as MS allows free upgrade from Win10 to Win11.
