this order cancelling thing has happened a lot of times in e commerce, but yeah this is a genuine problem on flipkart.
The order of magnitude is way higher on Flipkart.

Then what is a scam? You take orders for hundred of products you don't have, collect money then cancel it for no reason. If a buyer receives a faulty product then you mention 'no return clause' to make them run behind brands.
And if zotac has declared no extended warranty on cards with import buffer of 90 days, Then the consumer should check the date and if its older return / not accept the gpu.
This is not with Zotac only. Zotac has mentioned it because people are mailing them for extended warranty. I confirmed from a few shops and in 2023 this is same with almost all brands except Sapphire I think but it's Rma support can't come close to excellent support Zotac offers.
Anyways this is just a cheap tactic from Zotac. i can understand not giving extend warr on cards older than 1year,but 90 days.
This is probably an agreement between brands and dealers. That's why ZOTAC said " we are giving our dealers a buffer of 90 days". The dealers are to be blamed here for not adhering to the terms and conditions. Such agreements happen based on how many products are sold in the market and in what time.
They should also advertise this in their cards, let everyone know where they stand.
They stand by their extended warranty, excellent support and the largest GPU stock for replacements.

Yes, you can blame a retailer. They must have been informed about this that is why Zotac is replying from its official email and mentioning this.
