Dont buy these, they are crap unless you are into that low latency gaming thing that Razer pushes, the only good thing about it is the sound quality and thats it, mic is beyond crap, its erogonomics are crap and the app is a little finicky and has ****ed up my earphones once because of an update. Also Acro, not the best folks to deal with if you ever need to RMA (which you probably will considering Razer's QC)

Thanks man, staying away from these.

The Sony WF-1000XM4 are great and go for about 8.5k during sale, if you can spend a little more the XM5 are even better.
Also the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro are great , there are more comfortable than the Sony's but are behind in terms of battery life, anc and sound quality. They go for as low as 6.5k during sale season. Also look for used deals.

I'm here to once again shill for my favorite budget TWS - QCY T13 - https://www.amazon.in/QCY-T13-Bluetooth-Headphones-Waterproof/dp/B097MQ754Q

Now that I am using Airpods Pro 1st gen, I can tell you with certainty these sound 90% similar to them, but with more bass (bit bloated compared to AP 1st gen) but still miles and leagues better than anything in the price IMO. The mic is also great, battery is decent.

Cons - the touch interface is pretty hit and miss, if you drop the case you are certainly losing your earbuds cuz they'll come out of the case. These also don't have any on-ear detections or ANC. I've not tried the model which has ANC, but from what I've read its just servicable.

not available for my pincode
See if you can get Sony Linkbuds WF-L900 under 5k. They are great for that price.
checking

Battery problems with the xm4 and a bad firmware update apparently. Call quality isn't good
thanks for sharing

in my experience, you should never update any firmware or anything if the earphones are working fine, there's always something that goes wrong, either buy it in a working condition or just skip it altogether
A bad firmware update that reduced battery life.... from Sony :arghh:

my condolences, I learned this the hard way with my oneplus and razer tws
I don't have it but saw plenty of recent reviews complaining. I'm looking at the jabra elite 10 that seems a good all rounder. They sell the gen 1 currently.

The bad news is Gen 2 that was recently released will be their last ever. Jabra are moving on from the iems business as its no longer profitable :arghh:

Samsung buds FE is good for calls and can block ambient noises quite well. This feature is missing on higher end buds pro & pro 2. Same goes for other high end brands with only few exceptions.

Scroll to the right and listen to the pink noise & subway samples

one of my oneplus buds is stuck due to this non sense issue only. left side works but right is not detected by software, but when put in charging case blinks and detects. theres a firmware update available but without having both buds detected it wont start.

yeah tws are quite finicky specially when you deliver updates via BT, I just check if its working as is and just ignore all updates or whatever.

i learned it the hardway, but probably the latest update will fix the issue. but need to trigger the update with just one bud first
