There are dealers selling Death adder(Theitwares, SMCinternational etc) in T.E itself now who provide 1 year warranty for the same , and Death Adder unlike MX-518 have a very less tendency of conking off in the first year itself , i managed to screw two Mx-518s in 6 months 
luckily i had warranty on the second mouse and i managed to get warranty for the same , right now using a Death Adder and it is(was also ) a awesome mouse to game with

Mx-518 rates have dropped down now , its around varies frm 1.2k - 1.4k at various places even a year back it was 1.5k in Goa itself
