I ordered products worth 2lac yesterday night and got call from their some senior asking we have not receive 2 lac order from single person in a day yet. After 10 calls of verification they processed my order. They were also asking from where you got the coupons I told them thats none of your business just ship my products fast.

I had ordered the 32gb samsung from then on the 15th. Today they call me and tell me that the item is OOS so it will take 12-15 days. I had earlier decided not to buy from hs18 again after they were extremely late in shipping my hdd, and then it came with the packaging damaged due to no padding, but went for this deal because of the low price. But i think i'll stick to my earlier decision and never shop from them again. Why have the damn product shown in stock if you really dont? and the lies don't end there. as soon as you order they add the courier name. And they actually ship the product only on the 5th day so that it reaches you in the 6-7 estimated time.

Ok, now the c0cksu(ker$ have just gone ahead and refunded the order. No email, no call nothing. Homeshop18 is officially the worst indian shopping site.

They just gave me a call and the CC b!tch was talking all sorts of crap about it being out of stock. I said if it was out of stock why did they keep my money for 2 weeks and then tell me? And why did they even accept my order in the first place? Then she was saying that they test every product like memory cards and mobiles before sending out, which i called as BS, since memory cards usually come in sealed plastic which require scissors to open, and if they sent me a mobile which had the box seals broken for 'testing', i would not even accept the product. Anyway, i can understand that this is a side-effect of not directly selling the products and dealing for 3rd party vendors, but this is just too much. Never buying from HS18 again.
