Last resort static ip. Is there any isp that provides a static ip free?

Yes, but there is no guarantee it will continue - Tata, MTNL and Airtel usually provide dynamic IP, but I dont know if they use CGN, eventually breaking the interwebz. Jio is using IPv6, and is giving a publicly addressable IPv6 address, which changes every 4 hours, but you need IPv6 to access it, not v4. On v4, it uses CGN.

This does not work for double NAT'd setups.
