Just due to some bsods and errors there's no logic in upgrading the entire rig.
Find out the issue.
Since december 24 on my 5600x rig and win10 I was getting randoms bsods everyday, so bad that when I power-on my system dang a bsod right on the login screen, no event logs nothing mentioning anything. Even if I kept using the system or leave it idle for a few mins, black screen, unstable, freeze and what not.
I analyzed dumps only to find out mentioning about random drivers.
I was 1000% sure it wasn't a hardware but os issue as since after November 24 win 10 updates this issue kicked in.
I tried what not but no go!
Installed Win 11 and it was running stable for 2-3 days, no bsods or any issues. So the culprit definitely as my win10 os.
SO, finally what worked was a complete memory/ram scan which came clean and since then zero bsods and my existing win 10 is working error-free!
I think your existing rig is fine aka similar to my setup and shall hold on for a few more years unless you want all/every eye-candy to fulfill gaming desires.
I would suggest to upgrade your GPU first as most of games you like playing are GPU-heavy. you should consider second hand GPUs like 3080 or higher(for 20k - 30k inr). A better gpu will help you utilize the 1440p monitor better.
And for unstability issues, you can use 10k-15k to upgrade to a better am4 mobo(AM4 is decent, 5700x3d will give you similar or better performance to 7600). And later if you want upgrade your CPU, you can go with 5700x3d. I am recommending 5700x3d here just because you are already on AM4. If someone is to do an all new build from scratch, would suggest them AM5.
I think if I can increase my budget to 45k then I can get AM5 Combo with budget CPU Cooler also.
Since I have Galax Rev.3 mATX case I choose mATX Mobo.
This 5600x which I have right now is not at all stable with the motherboard I am using as I don't know what is causing the restarts or BSODs sometimes.
Usually during desktop startup, during gaming & sometimes even while browsing or watching movies.
I already did a repaste of the processor, reassembled the whole motherboard connectors, removed the nvme/put it back on while replacing my PSU last month.
It just restarts after giving me a BSOD.
I installed the best driver updater and found out that COM driver was out of date and updated it too.
While I play mostly Witcher 3 I thought it was gpu drivers and the recent update of the game to dx12.
But even while playing dx11 it's giving same errors.

While I scoured the internet for a solution it says a it's because of AMDfTPM which either AMD or Microsoft should have given a driver update.
Since AM4 is a older platform they stopped thinking about this problem.
I saw people asking for solution regarding their 5600, 3800, 5900 processors & for B450,B550,X570 motherboards as well. But never saw anybody asking for AM5 or LGA 1700 platforms same problem arising.
Thats why I was asking for suggestions regarding change of platforms.

The present ak400 bracket can be used for both AM4 & LGA1700 which I purchased from a fellow TE member 2 years ago.
I checked several reviews about going with B650M mobos and found out that either Gigabyte B650M Gaming A X Wifi or MSI B650M Gaming Plus Wifi are good regarding their VRMs and power design are good for even 7950 processors.
If I change to AM5 then I need a new Cooler.

AFAIK, AM4 coolers can be used on AM5, as the mounting alignment/bracket size is identical. When I switched from AM4 to AM5, I used my old D15 with the AM4 kit just fine.

I definitely have to change my present Mobo which is A520M one which has no VRM heatsinks at all and power design also less.
So if I go with 5700x3d then any B550M wifi Mobo will suffice and I need to add another 2 Ram sticks but sometimes 4 Ram sticks might give errors, so I need to buy two 16gb rams again and sell these present ones off. For this whole setup it's costing around 38k. AM4 Mobo means no need of new Cooler. I now play cyberpunk in low settings if it does not give me BSODs then I am lucky to play 1 or 2 hours or sometimes even after playing for 15 mins it gives this stupid error. Buying a new gpu means later after dust settles for all the news gpu releases and prices come to steady rate.
@bssunilreddy - Did you try updating motherboard bios, if a new update is available. I think i read that you switched to win11.
Not saying its needed, but could try just in case while you decide what to buy.
Before this error crept in I was getting Adrenaline GPU errors all the time while playing Witcher 3 & Event 41 error in Event Viewer which was PSU problem which I have rectified by replacing the PSU & by using Adrenaline driver version released during new Witcher 3 dx12 Update & Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC Update. I have already tried to use the latest Adrenaline driver but it was giving freezes during gameplay.
Already I was trying to do the following since 4 months:
I formatted the SSD 6 times & clean installed both Win10 & 11 three times each time but error or errors don't stop at all.
I ran WD Digital Dashboard tool and tried to update the firmware but it says "Updated".

I will try to fit the AK400 with AM5 processor and if it does not fit then I will buy a new one. Thanks for informing me.
I ordered 2 Arctic PWM 120mm fans coupled with a y-splitter and was using the AK400 in push-pull setup since 2023.
I have freshly installed my PC last week with Win11 before I freshly installed it with Win10 but this stupid error occurs out of now where all of a sudden.
