I got either very lucky or LG's service is very good.
The light in the caps lock key was not working in my Gram ( it was bought in India in 2019 and it possibly came with 3 year warranty)
I didn't even plan to give it for service, but was in a LG showroom to buy a phone, just asked them if they have any service center nearby ( as I was carrying the laptop)
They took it from me, just checked the serial and fixed the small issue in less than an hour time ( some gunk and dust accumulated under the keypad and some minor thing was shorted..I didn't really understand as those guys didn't speak much English/ Czech)
Since our hotel is very close to the mall, somebody dropped it @ the reception!!
I was worried about LG's service, but they seemed very serious with their Grams ( the mobile shop sales person was very excited to see a foreigner carrying a Gram and was very quick to help)
Bravo LG!!
And this laptop is really good for upto moderately heavy task on the go ( I have mixed a 27 track song with at least 100 plugins in Sonar, Ableton and Samplitude...yes I'm dumb and need 3 DAWs for everything!!) with only a 8th gen i5, 16 GB of memory.
